2023 in Review

In 2023 we saw the Foster House Project grow from a spark of “what if” into a real mission to bring comfort to children entering the foster care system. We are constantly encouraged by the response we get everywhere we go and speak to people. Once they understand the problem the response is “How can I help?” Our current goal is also our biggest: we must raise money to buy or build a house here in Madison County for this dream to become reality.

Our Goals for the Spring of 2024

Going forward this year we want to expand our volunteer base and ramp up fundraising, awareness, and engagement. To achieve these goals, we are actively looking for people who have experience in any of the following areas.

Fundraising We need folks with experience in all aspects of grants and proposal writing. We need awareness and networking. We would love for people to help us connect with local churches and businesses.

Content Creation We need folks who have effective writing and communication skills to help us improve the quality and quantity of our messaging.

Social Media We are looking for people who are willing to jump in and push our presence to the next level.
